Il Fico is an artisanal kitchen, and we bake all our bread for our sandwiches and pizzas each day.  The dough takes 24 hours to rise, and Giovanni can only make so much. Selling out of breads and pizza by end-of-day often happens, your graciousness and understanding is very much appreciated!
